Tirzepatide is a dual GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist. It has been shown to be very effective for weight loss. You will receive 1 month supply and instructions on use. $325 2.5 mg 1st month $385 5mg 2nd month $425 7.5mg 3rd month $460 subsequent months (10mg, 12.5mg, 15mg) A short $35 telehealth visit during our appointment with the doctor or mid-level provider is required during the first visit, 3rd month visit, and 5th month visit. A link will be sent to you to complete required intake forms. If you stay at a dosage for more than one month, the cost will stay at that dosage's cost.

$10.00 deposit required for new clients

Option for those that would like to receive one week at a time instead of a full month. Price starts at 60, and goes up depending on which dosage. New patients will also require $35 virtual good faith exam with NP during your first visit with me.
